Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to support you through the process. My approach is grounded in equality and genuine connection, and we will move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. 

I have a special interest in helping women move beyond the challenges that hold them back from living with confidence, authenticity, and empowerment.

Therapy is a transformative process that helps us to explore the connections between our present-day challenges, past experiences, relationships, and hopes and desires. This process often involves the untangling of conditioned responses and patterns to build a stronger sense of self.

Through this exploration, we can gain greater self-insight and understanding and learn to thrive.

My practice is trauma-informed, with a keen awareness of the broader systems of power that shape our lives. This approach enables me to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those who may experience discrimination based on their gender, race, disability, or sexual identity.
