Training, qualifications and approach:

I am a qualified integrative therapist and counsellor trained at The Minster Centre in London, one of Europe’s premier training institutes for integrative psychotherapy.

I specialise in therapy for anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma recovery and work-related concerns.

My practice is trauma-informed, with an awareness of the broader systems of power that shape our lives. This approach enables me to engage with clients who may experience discrimination based on their gender, race, disability, neurodiversity or sexual identity.

I have a special interest in helping women move beyond the challenges that hold them back from living with confidence, authenticity, and empowerment.

Therapy Modalities I work with:

Working integratively means I tailor my approach to each person, meeting you compassionately where you are.

My theoretical foundation includes attachment theory (how we form relationships), psychodynamic therapy (how the past influences the present), person-centred psychotherapy (focusing on self-growth) and the transpersonal (meaning and life purpose).

I have also trained in body psychotherapy, and have studied yoga and breathwork in the Ashtanga tradition for 20 years. I have a special interest in nervous system regulation and working with embodied wisdom.
