Integrative Therapist and Counsellor in London and Online

My approach

I am an integrative therapist, supporting clients to navigate relationship and attachment difficulties, low confidence, anxiety and stress, life transitions and trauma recovery.

I also work thoughtfully with patterns such as codependency, people-pleasing, self-criticism and shame. Together, we can begin to understand how these patterns may have developed, how they continue to shape your relationships and sense of self, and how you might move towards greater freedom and self-worth.

Why Seek Therapy?

Many people who seek therapy with me are used to holding things together on the outside. Inside, however, they may feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected or quietly overwhelmed.

They are functioning — but something underneath doesn’t feel right.

This may show up as anxiety, stress, low confidence, self-doubt, people-pleasing or a sense of not being good enough. Sometimes it’s the painful recognition that the same patterns keep repeating in relationships, work and life.

Therapy is a deeply transformative process where you can begin to make sense of these experiences. Through this exploration, you can develop confidence, authenticity and a stronger sense of choice in how you live and connect with others.
