My approach is calm, spacious and deeply attuned. I offer a steady therapeutic presence in which you can slow down, feel genuinely met, and begin to explore the feelings, questions and longings that shape your inner life.
Together, we can bring curiosity and care to your emotional world, making space for what may feel conflicted, uncertain or difficult to name. I draw on evidence-based psychological ideas and reflective tools to help illuminate patterns, deepen self-understanding, and bring compassion to the places where connection, purpose or a sense of self may feel unclear.
I am attentive to the ways culture, identity, relationships and lived experience shape who we are. My aim is to offer an inclusive, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can explore your own way of being, reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, and move towards a deeper sense of wholeness, resilience and inner freedom.

I work with people of all ages, genders/gender identities, and walks of life.
I have a special interest in working with clients seeking help for self-esteem and confidence issues. I’m currently writing a thesis about how we achieve confidence and a firm sense of self through the therapy process.
I also have a special interest in working with clients on their relationship and attachment concerns.
I am passionate about working with people who hope to find more empowerment and authenticity in their lives.
As a highly sensitive person (HSP) myself, I am dedicated to helping highly sensitive clients navigate a world that can often feel overwhelming.

I work with evidence-based therapy practices, tailoring my approach to each person, meeting you compassionately where you are
My theoretical foundation includes attachment theory (how we form relationships), psychodynamic therapy (how the past influences the present), person-centred psychotherapy (focusing on self-growth), and transpersonal / Jungian psychology (individuation, meaning and life purpose).
I have also trained in body psychotherapy, and have studied yoga and breathwork in the Ashtanga tradition for 20 years. I have a special interest in nervous system regulation and working with embodied wisdom.

If you like, we can meet initially for a free 15-minute Zoom session, which is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore how we might work together. We can also look at your goals for therapy and the support you might need. No pressure, this is a chance to ask questions and ease into the process.
Alternatively, we can begin as we intend to proceed with a 50-minute session.

The weekly time booked is for you only. As such, I ask that you give me 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session; otherwise, a full session fee will be charged. I will always try to accommodate alternate session times, but please note that my time may be limited.
