Integrative Therapist and Counsellor in London and Online

I am an integrative therapist and counsellor offering in-person therapy in London (Queens Park NW6 and Islington N5) and online therapy across the UK and internationally. I specialise in therapy for anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, trauma recovery, and life transitions.

Many of the people I work with describe feeling as though they’re holding everything together on the outside—going to work, meeting responsibilities, being there for others—while inside they feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed.

They’re functioning. But something underneath doesn’t feel right.

Sometimes this shows up as anxiety or a constant sense of overwhelm. Sometimes it feels like a lack of confidence or low self-esteem. At other times, it’s the frustration of noticing the same patterns repeating in life and relationships, without fully understanding why.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and pay attention to that inner experience—the gap between how life appears and how it actually feels. In exploring this gently and at your pace, we can begin to bring things back into alignment, so that your life feels more authentic, grounded, and sustainable.
